Do you only serve the Direct Sales Industry?
While the Direct Sales Industry is a large customer base of Glitz Recognition and Promotion we serve several customer bases for recognition of volunteers, corporate awards and corporate branding. - Schools use our custom jewelry and custom merchandise products for Booster sales
- Churches use our products for booster sales, volunteer recognition, charms and charm holders for overseas sponsorships of children or villages where that church has missionaries
- Corporations use our jewelry for logo branding lapel pins, charm holders and charms to recognize sales and recruitment efforts, and corporate logo merchandise such as coffee mugs, pens, hats, apparel, coolers, CD holders, etc as rewards to employees for longevity, safety and outstanding sales, etc. Additionally, corporate customers use our logo imprinting products to recognize and thank their customers
- Restaurants use our apparel embroidery service to brand their logo on their wait staff uniform shirts, hats and aprons
- Real Estate companies use our imprinted logo products as gifts to homebuyers after the purchase of a home or as referral gifts, and for marketing their own presence in their local community
- Dance Studios use our earrings to increase their non-dance class sales
- Choral groups use our crystal word pins to brand their chorus name for that added stage presence in competitions
- Non-profit groups, such as Domestic Violence, use our jewelry and custom t-shirt services for sales at walk-a-thons and for recognition
How does the dozen and single item pricing work?
In order to keep costs down for our customers, Glitz Recognition & Promotion is offering deep discounts when you buy product in dozen packs. If you purchase 22 of the same item, 12 will be at the dozen-pack price, with 10 at the single price. If you were to purchase two more of the same item, you would then receive all 24 pieces at the dozen price and would most likely be less cost than originally purchasing 22 units.
What are the custom order quantities? Glitz Recognition & Promotion does not charge any set up fees or model fees. Some art fees may apply depending on the sophistication of the design. Order quantities are: - Custom Crystal Word Pins: You may order a minimum of one piece, however, your best price breaks start at 10 pieces and then at 48 pieces.
- Custom polished gold or silver pin, charm or charm holder: Minimum quantity is 120 pieces of the same design.
- Custom logo jewelry: Minimum quantity is 100 pieces of the same design.
How does shipping to another country work?
Glitz Recognition & Promotion ships internationally via the US Postal Service. If you are an international customer you will receive two charges. The first will be for your product order; the second will be for the shipping once we have determined the quickest, safest method (Airmail Parcel Post, First Class Airmail, Global Priority, Global Express) means available. Any order whose merchandise total exceeds $75 must be shipped some form of insured method with values declared.

How do I order a custom pin?
Contact the Custom Design Department with your idea. You may be asked to send a rendition via fax, mail or e-mail. If you have specific art in mind you will need to send electronic art compatible with Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or older and sent in an eps format. If you have an actual piece and you want it duplicated then you must send the piece to us.

Can you purchase charms individually if they are packaged by the dozen?
Yes, you are able to purchase charms individually as well as by the dozen.
How do I find an item if I do not know the item number?
Glitz Recognition & Promotion has an extensive search function as well as many of our items are cross-referenced in several departments. You may search by price, by style number or by typing in a search word or string (i.e. crowns, crown pin).
If an item is shown in gold can I get it in silver and vice versa?
All our charms are carried in both gold and silver. If you see a pin that only comes in one color plating, you may special order the pin in the finish you want with a 60-piece minimum. Please allow 6-8 weeks for a special order.
